Complaints procedures
We aim to give you a positive learning experience. However, if you need to make a complaint, we take all concerns seriously and will use your feedback to review and improve our services.
If you have any issues with your course, we encourage you to first speak with your tutor or course provider, who will address your concerns following their complaints procedure.

Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you within 5 working days to acknowledge receipt. Your complaint will then be dealt with in accordance with the Nottingham City Council’s Complaints Procedure.
